Spirituality with a Bite

Quick define spirituality. Is it going to church religiously? Is it chanting? Is it burning sage? Whether it’s taking a vision quest in Hawaii or going to the Vatican to meet the pope, how do you find your center? Is it called God, Divine Wisdom, Krishna, the guy upstairs, Allah, or Higher Power. Is a name necessary? Let’s investigate and enlighten and converse in plain language all concepts of spirituality and begin an exchange. Let talk rather than bludgeon.

Euphemisms? What do I really mean??!!?!
